Cordelia lives with her twin sister, Caroline in a basement flat in London. An event twelve years ago changed her emotional state and she became reclusive. Her gradual move towards independence is placed into jeopardy when her sister leaves with her boyfriend for a weekend away. The weekend is overwhelming for Cordelia and she begins to unravel, regressing back to the state of confusion she has tried to repress ever since surviving that terrible event many years ago.
